This website is operated by Plastyc Inc., a Delaware corporation, Plastyc, Inc. is privately held and has its principal office in New York, NY. Plastyc manages the UPside card program on behalf of MetaBank, the card issuer.

Our mission is to help teenagers participate actively and responsibly in the modern world economy by delivering a set of payment and commerce assistance services to teenagers, their parents and merchants.

We operate from both US coasts, in New York and San Francisco.

Partnering with reputable established financial institutions, such as Meta Payment Systems, payment systems networks like Visa®, and transactions processors like Fidelity, enables us to deliver and operate a prepaid card that is accepted everywhere where Visa_®debit cards are accepted.

We are committed to adhering strictly to the industry rules and regulations, as required by our financial institutions partners: the USA Patriot Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the list checks of US Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. We also maintain a strict Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
